The studio, one room and one bathroom is located in a quiet, wonderfully romantic backyard with a rose bush and fig tree. Diagonally opposite are small and very good restaurants, a café, a boulangerie, a small supermarket and a wine shop are located right next door. Around the corner are the metro, a Vélib' stand and also a Lime parking lot. It's a 10-minute bike ride to the Seine, past the Invalides, and then another 10 minutes to Notre Dame. The hostess responded directly and very kindly; she immediately sent someone with mosquito repellent when I asked what she would recommend. We highly recommend the studio.

be prepared for French elegant style, which means all is small sized. Don't expect large sized bathroom or bed. discover you might not need that either :)

Very clean, tidy, small but super organized studio apartment. The bathroom was a good size and comfortable (I usually find them tiny in Paris). Equipped with all comforts, spacious bed, spotless sheets. I was struck by the attention to detail, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, even oil, salt, and a coffee machine with capsules, kettle, griddle, toaster, oven, etc. Despite its modest size, the apartment was tidy and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Another nice touch was the TV with VCR and a bookcase full of DVDs that could be used during the stay. The location was a little off the beaten track but we walked everywhere, still close to the Louvre and the Orsay Museum. We only used the metro To get there from the airport, take lines 14 and 13. The studio flat is 300/400 metres away From the Saint Fransois Xavier metro station
The studio is very well located and charming, with an interior courtyard. The bed is very comfortable. We were there during a heatwave and it stayed cool; we were able to eat our meals at the small table outside, it was very pleasant. The owner was very attentive, we had everything we needed and even more. She even brought us a parasol so we wouldn't suffer from the heat. An excellent address.

Super nice little apartment, extremely clean and fully equipped. Although it's small, it's still comfortable and has more features than one expects. A peaceful and quiet place in the heart of Paris, with lots of public transport connections and many attractions nearby (walking distance).. The owner is super nice and gave us some wonderful recommendations for exploring the area. Good value for money, I can recommend it to anyone who would like to experience Parisian lifestyle. We would gladly return. 🥰
It's in the a historical building, that means it has a single glazed window in the bathroom. Therefore it's difficult to heat it up in cold weather. But there's plenty of hot water, so if you wipe yourself in the shower area, it doesn't bother to much. Heater in the main room is stronger, so it's warm there.
